MOTS-C 10mg Kit
What is MOTS-C?
MOTS-C is a 16-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide encoded within the 12S ribosomal RNA gene of mitochondrial DNA. Its sequence is Met-Arg-Trp-Gln-Glu-Met-Gly-Tyr-Ile-Phe-Tyr-Pro-Arg-Lys-Leu-Arg with a molecular weight of approximately 2,174.6 Da. First characterized in published metabolic research literature in 2015, MOTS-C is studied in research models that investigate mitochondrial-nuclear communication, AMPK pathway signaling, metabolic homeostasis, and aging-related cellular processes. Also referenced as Mitochondrial-derived peptide, MDP, or MOTS-C 10mg, it is supplied as a lyophilized powder for laboratory reference use. Triumphant Labs MOTS-C is provided strictly for in vitro research applications and is not approved for human or animal use.

*Research chemicals are chemical substances used by scientists for medical and scientific research purposes. One characteristic of a research chemical is that it is for laboratory research use only; a research chemical is not intended for human or veterinary use. This distinction is required on the labels of research chemicals, and is what exempts them from regulation under parts 100-740 in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR).
