Why hasn't my order shipped?
If you have already paid for your order and your order hasn’t shipped after 1 business day, please email us immediately.
More often than not, you paid using Peer and did not verify your payment. If you did not verify your payment, we do not know of your order. We only get notified of your order AFTER you have verified your order within Peer.
Having trouble verifying your Peer payment?
Please email us with your order number and the transaction ID of your payment. You can find the transaction ID in the confirmation email for your payment. Once we have that, we can get your payment verified within 2 business days, often 1 business day.
But I didn’t pay using Peer!!!
If you paid using Cash App or Zelle, then you did not upload the screenshot of your payment as instructed on the site. This screenshoot upload is how we get notified of your payment. It also allows us to verify receipt of the payment and gets your order moved to the shipping queue.
Are the peptides in a powder form?
Yes, all peptides are in powder form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water or reconstitution solution.
Do you provide instructions on how to store and reconstitute research products?
No. Triumphant Labs does not provide reconstitution, dosing, or usage instructions. All products are designated for Research Use Only (RUO). Requests for use-related guidance cannot be accommodated.
When do you ship?
For in stock items we ship either the same day or the next business day, 6 days a week, excluding holidays.
How do I know that your products are high quality?
We spend tens of thousands of dollars per month to rigorously test our research peptides.
For each and every batch we receive, the following items are tested before they are released for sale:

What does lyophilized mean?
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) is a laboratory process used to remove moisture from chemical compounds for stability during storage and transport. This process is commonly used in research settings and does not imply suitability for human or veterinary use.
How should I store these products?
Peptides that have been reconstituted should be kept in the refrigerator. A dark, sealed container in the refrigerator is ideal. If you’re storing your peptides for later use, you should put them into an airtight container and freeze them until ready to use.
Is this pharmaceutical name brand medication?
No. We do not sell pharmaceutical medication. We only sell research chemicals that are not for human consumption or use. They are for research purposes only and are not designed for personal use. These are for laboratory use only by professional and qualified personnel.
