How do I pay for my order?
If you placed your order but did not submit your payment yet, your order will not ship until we receive and verify funds.
You can send your payment using any of the options below. Be sure to include your order number in the note section of the payment.

Are the peptides in a powder form?
Yes, all peptides are in powder form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water.
Do you provide instructions on how to store and reconstitute research products?
No. We do not provide any instructions on how to use our products. Qualified professionals will already have the necessary training to reconstitute.
When do you ship?
For in stock items we ship either the same day or the next business day. 5 days a week.
How do I know that your products are high quality?
We test products randomly from each batch we receive at a 3rd party lab to ensure quality. Certificate of Analysis showing the identification of substance, quantity, and the quality is then sent to us and posted to the website. If you see a CoA and are in doubt whether it is a genuine result, you can call the lab directly and ask for verification.
The product I ordered is on backorder. When will it ship?
Some products we sell must be customized and therefore take longer to ship to us. 3 weeks from the time you placed the order is a general rule unless stated otherwise. If I have any updates about the order I will email you. Thank you for being patient.
How should I store these products?
Peptides that have been reconstituted should be kept in the refrigerator. A dark, sealed container in the refrigerator is ideal. If you’re storing your peptides for later use, you should put them into an airtight container and freeze them until ready to use.
If the vial says 10mg does that mean there are 4 doses of 10mg in the vial?
No. Each vial contains ONLY the amount of product in milligrams (mg) that it states. Please go to peptidecalc.com and figure out how many vials you need to purchase based on how many doses you’ll need for your research development. (For example, if you are conducting research with 7.5 mg per week then you will need a total of 30mg for 4 weeks worth.)
Is this pharmaceutical name brand medication?
No. We do not sell pharmaceutical medication. We only sell research chemicals that are not for human consumption or use. They are for research purposes only and are not designed for personal use. These are for laboratory use only by professional and qualified personnel.
