What is CJC-1295?
CJC-1295 (without DAC), also known as Modified GRF (1-29) or Mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic 30-amino-acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Its sequence incorporates four targeted amino acid substitutions to GHRH (1-29) that increase research stability against enzymatic degradation, with a molecular weight of approximately 3,367.9 Da. First described in published endocrine research literature in the early 2000s, CJC-1295 without DAC is studied in research models that investigate growth hormone-releasing pathways, somatotropic axis signaling, and pulsatile GH secretion mechanics. Also searched as CJC1295, CJC-1295 no DAC, or Modified GRF 1-29, it is supplied as a lyophilized powder for laboratory reference use.
