GHK-CU
What is GHK-CU?
GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring tripeptide consisting of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine bound to a single copper(II) ion in a 1:1 chelation complex. The peptide sequence has a molecular weight of approximately 340.39 Da, with the copper-bound complex at approximately 401.92 Da. GHK was first isolated from human plasma in 1973 and the copper-bound form was characterized shortly thereafter. GHK-Cu is studied in research models that investigate extracellular matrix remodeling, dermal collagen and proteoglycan synthesis pathways, and copper-dependent enzymatic signaling. Also referenced as GHK-Copper, copper tripeptide-1, prezatide copper acetate, or Gly-His-Lys-Cu, it is supplied as a lyophilized powder for laboratory reference use. Triumphant Labs GHK-Cu is provided strictly for in vitro research applications and is not approved for human or animal use.

*Research chemicals are chemical substances used by scientists for medical and scientific research purposes. One characteristic of a research chemical is that it is for laboratory research use only; a research chemical is not intended for human or veterinary use. This distinction is required on the labels of research chemicals, and is what exempts them from regulation under parts 100-740 in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR).
